By adding several experienced senior professionals to its restructuring and efficiency improvement practice ADVENIAN has now stepped up its ability to support companies in efficiency improvement and restructuring challenges. The visibility on volumes and prices is currently declining for many companies in process industries as well as for suppliers to automotive and industrial equipment industries. We are supporting these companies through the development of actionable contingency plans and implementation of efficiency improvement measures. We support this restructuring through an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach which is focused on securing the targeted benefits.
